📋 Description

• Lead project planning sessions to define scope, objectives, and deliverables for physical security technology initiatives.
• Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure seamless execution of security-related projects.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, tracking progress and implementing adjustments as needed.
• Conduct regular project meetings to provide stakeholder updates and resolve emerging issues promptly.
• Ensure all projects comply with industry standards and best practices in physical security technology.
• Manage project budgets and forecasts, maintaining financial accountability and reporting on cost performance.
• Collaborate with engineering, local business operations, and accounting teams to align project goals with company-wide objectives.
• Prepare comprehensive project documentation including reports, meeting notes, presentations, and status updates.
• Support the implementation and integration of physical security systems such as video surveillance, electronic access control, electronic door hardware, intrusion detection, and intercom systems.
• Work with security technology platforms including Axis, Genetec, Mercury, Aiphone, Von Duprin, and HID.
• Apply project management methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, and Gantt Chart-based schedule management.
• Utilize project management software such as Smartsheets, Jira, Asana, and Salesforce to track tasks, timelines, and resources.
• Travel up to 25% or more to support on-site project execution, vendor coordination, and system installations across multiple locations.
• Maintain accurate records of project milestones, risks, and dependencies to ensure timely and successful delivery.
• Adapt to a fast-paced technology environment while managing multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, or Business or an additional 4 years of work experience in quantitative or business fields
• 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in the physical security technology industry
• Strong understanding of physical security technologies (e.g., Axis, Genetec, Mercury, Aiphone, Von Duprin, HID)
• Strong understanding of physical security systems (e.g., video surveillance, electronic access control, electronic door hardware, intrusion detection, intercom)
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Smartsheets, Jira, Asana, Salesforce)
