- • The Senior Associate - Quality Analytics - Healthcare role is a junior consulting position within BRG’s Integrated Health Solutions (IHS) practice, where you will support healthcare providers, payers, investors, and stakeholders in navigating complex strategic, operational, financial, and clinical challenges through data-driven insights and analytical rigor. This role directly contributes to BRG’s mission of driving sustainable performance improvement and long-term growth for healthcare organizations by enabling evidence-based decision-making in areas such as quality transformation, operational efficiency, and AI-enabled solutions.
- • You will execute engagement work streams that blend qualitative and quantitative analysis, including designing statistical and financial models, developing client deliverables, conducting industry research, and ensuring quality control across all analytical outputs—turning raw data into actionable intelligence that informs strategic initiatives like value-based care models, population health strategies, and regulatory compliance.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and maintaining electronic databases, spreadsheets, and analytical files tailored to project needs; performing detailed research by gathering, reviewing, and summarizing literature and data from public, industry, client, and commercial sources; applying creative and efficient use of software tools, analytical methods, and computer models to solve complex problems; building financial and transactional data models to support forecasting and scenario planning; contributing meaningfully to client reports, expert analyses, and presentation materials; collaborating effectively in team environments while prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines; and working hybrid from one of BRG’s offices (Tampa, New York, DC, or Boston) three to four days per week on average.

- • In this role, you will develop advanced analytical and consulting competencies, including mastery of financial modeling, healthcare data interpretation, quality metric analysis, and client-facing communication. You will gain exposure to high-impact projects involving AI and digital enablement, clinical quality optimization, and margin improvement initiatives—building a foundation for long-term growth into senior consulting, project leadership, or specialized analytics roles within BRG’s expanding healthcare practice.
🎯 Requirements
- • BS/BA in a quantitative field such as accounting, finance, economics, information systems, mathematics, or a related discipline
- • 2–4 years of prior work experience or educational background in data analytics
- • Strong technical skills with demonstrated proficiency in spreadsheet applications, data manipulation tools, and analytical software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, R, or similar)
- • Commitment to producing high-quality analysis with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
- • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ability to convey complex findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
- • Proven ability to work collaboratively in team environments while managing multiple priorities and meeting project deadlines
