📋 Description
- • The Senior Associate, Regulatory Affairs, Promotional Operations at BeiGene, Ltd. supports the planning, coordination, and processing of promotional materials while ensuring compliance with FDA regulations and internal standards. This role is critical in maintaining the integrity and timeliness of promotional content review across global operations.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include acting as a knowledge hub for the Promotional Review Committee (PRC), triaging materials for review, ensuring submission readiness using Veeva PromoMats, preparing Subpart H and 2253 regulatory submissions, and collaborating with brand teams to align review priorities with business needs.

🎯 Requirements
- • BA/BS degree in a scientific or health-related discipline
- • Minimum of 2+ years of direct experience in a regulatory function or equivalent
- • Direct experience with Veeva PromoMats and RIM is highly desirable
- • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
- • Strong written and verbal communication skills
- • General knowledge of advertising/promotional regulations, guidelines, and best practices
