- • As a Senior Associate in Revenue Operations at Airwallex, you will play a critical role in driving the company’s global growth by aligning sales strategy with operational execution, ensuring that commercial teams are equipped with the right accounts, processes, and insights to maximize revenue impact in a high-growth fintech environment.
- • You will own end-to-end territory management, process optimization, reporting, compensation design, and strategic initiatives for either the SMB or Enterprise segment, working cross-functionally with sales, finance, and product teams to translate data into action that fuels scalable growth.
- • The Strategy & Operations team at Airwallex is a collaborative, high-impact group of analysts and operators who leverage data, first-principles thinking, and deep business acumen to solve complex problems and enable efficient scaling across 26 global offices and a $8B valuation.
- • You will work alongside world-class teammates backed by investors like Sequoia, Visa, and Salesforce Ventures, contributing to a mission-driven culture that values founder-like energy, curiosity, and ownership—where your contributions directly influence how Airwallex empowers over 200,000 global businesses to manage payments, spend, and treasury at scale.
- • In this role, you will develop advanced expertise in revenue operations within a fast-paced, technology-driven financial services environment, mastering Salesforce, BI tools like Looker, and commission systems while building strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and end-to-end project ownership skills that accelerate your career trajectory in GTM strategy and operations.
- • You will gain exposure to high-visibility strategic projects, compensation design, and GTM performance monitoring, allowing you to shape how Airwallex scales its commercial engine globally while operating in a hybrid San Francisco-based role that balances flexibility with in-person collaboration.
🎯 Requirements
- • At least 2 years of revenue operations experience
- • Salesforce experience (Admin preferred, not required)
- • Familiarity with the sales stack: Outreach, Zoominfo, Clay, Salesforce
- • Experience using Excel/Gsheets and BI tools (Looker a plus)
- • Startup, technology, financial services, or high-growth fast-paced environment experience
- • Excellent English written, verbal, and presentation skills with clear, concise communication
