  • • Partner with Commercial and Revenue Strategy leaders to identify high-leverage enablement initiatives that drive growth across the sales funnel in the Americas region.
  • • Translate GTM priorities into actionable enablement programs that improve sales execution for both core and new products, with a focus on SME and Growth sales teams.
  • • Develop and deliver high-impact onboarding, product training, and enablement experiences aligned with commercial goals to accelerate time-to-productivity for sales reps.
  • • Lead the design and rollout of scalable content, AI tools, and systems in partnership with Revenue Operations to enhance rep effectiveness and increase deal velocity.
  • • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations to strengthen the commercial operating rhythm, including SKOs, training cadences, and feedback loops.
  • • Analyze funnel performance and sales data to surface gaps, inform enablement priorities, and guide targeted coaching efforts for frontline teams.
  • • Work directly with US-based sales teams to tailor enablement content and workflows to regional needs and market dynamics.
  • • Implement and scale AI-enabled sales workflows and enablement programs to improve efficiency and decision-making across the commercial organization.
  • • Utilize modern sales technology stacks including Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, Highspot, LMS platforms, and AI tools to deliver and measure enablement impact.
  • • Own end-to-end execution of enablement initiatives from concept to delivery, ensuring alignment with Airwallex’s operating principles and commercial objectives.
  • • Maintain high attention to detail and a “do what it takes” attitude to deliver high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • • Drive continuous iteration of enablement programs based on data-driven insights and feedback from sales teams and leadership.
  • • Support market entry and new product launch initiatives by creating scalable enablement frameworks that accelerate adoption and revenue generation.
  • • Act as a trusted advisor to commercial leaders by providing strategic insights and operational support to optimize sales performance and revenue outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 3+ years of experience in Revenue Enablement or Strategy, or a related field, ideally in Financial Services or Technology
  • • Proven track record of collaborating with commercial leaders and driving impactful enablement programs
  • • Experience working with Salesforce (or similar CRM) and modern sales technology stacks (e.g., Gong, Outreach, Highspot, LMS platforms, AI tools)
  • • Excellent written, verbal, and in-person communication skills with strong cross-functional management abilities
  • • Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • • Self-starter mentality with a high degree of motivation to understand root causes and deliver success
