- • As a Senior Associate, Strategic Finance at Chime, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s financial strategy by building unit economic frameworks, evaluating ROI on products and initiatives, and advising executive leadership on financial performance. Your work will directly influence strategic decision-making and support Chime’s mission to empower financial progress for millions.
- • Day to day, you will develop financial models using tools like Pigment, Excel, and Looker; collaborate with Product, Risk, Analytics, and Banking Partnerships teams to assess financial impact; support strategic deal negotiations; contribute to board and investor materials; and partner with Analytics to build KPIs and dashboards that track product health and experimental results.
- • You will join Chime’s Strategic Finance team within a mission-driven fintech company that partners with The Bancorp Bank, N.A. to deliver fee-free banking services. - • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in financial modeling, strategic analysis, and cross-functional leadership while gaining visibility with senior executives. 🎯 Requirements
- • 3-4 years of relevant experience in strategic finance, investment banking, private equity, consulting, or venture capital; prior experience at high-growth technology or fintech startups is a plus
- • Expertise in Excel or Google Sheets with the ability to build scalable, efficient, and intuitive financial models; experience with Looker, SQL, or Pigment is a plus
- • Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills; comfort creating and presenting materials to executive audiences with clear synthesis of key takeaways
