📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end delivery of enterprise-scale Atlassian transformations, guiding customers from initial discovery workshops through go-live and hyper-care. You will translate complex business requirements into elegant, scalable solutions that unlock measurable productivity gains.
• Lead technical architecture sessions for Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management, and the broader Atlassian stack. Design instance blueprints that balance governance, performance, and user experience, ensuring every configuration is future-proof and aligned with industry best practices.
• Run deep-dive system audits, identify bottlenecks, and craft optimization roadmaps that reduce technical debt while introducing new capabilities such as automation, advanced reporting, and marketplace integrations. Present findings to C-level stakeholders and secure buy-in for continuous improvement initiatives.
• Configure and integrate Atlassian tools with third-party systems (e.g., identity providers, DevOps pipelines, CRMs) using REST APIs, webhooks, and scripting. Build custom workflows, permission schemes, and dashboards that reflect each customer’s unique operating model.
• Deliver hands-on training and enablement sessions for administrators, power users, and end users. Create reusable documentation, runbooks, and video tutorials that shorten time-to-value and foster self-sufficiency long after project close.
• Act as the primary technical escalation point during critical project phases. Troubleshoot performance issues, data migration challenges, and integration failures with calm precision, turning potential crises into success stories.
• Mentor junior consultants through pair configuration, code reviews, and knowledge-sharing workshops. Contribute to internal playbooks, reusable libraries, and certification study groups that raise the bar for the entire delivery organization.
• Partner with sales and presales teams to scope new engagements. Join discovery calls, craft tailored demos, and author Statements of Work that clearly articulate scope, assumptions, and success criteria. Translate customer pain points into profitable, repeatable service offerings.
• Stay ahead of the Atlassian product roadmap, marketplace trends, and emerging technologies such as Atlassian Cloud migrations, Forge app development, and AI-powered analytics. Feed insights back into the practice to maintain Valiantys’ reputation as a thought leader.
• Champion the Valiantys culture of ownership, transparency, and continuous learning. Contribute to internal R&D hackathons, write blog posts, and speak at community events to amplify your personal brand and the company’s market presence.
• Build long-term, trust-based relationships with senior stakeholders. Position yourself as a strategic advisor who understands not just tooling, but organizational change, agile maturity, and business outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing and optimizing Atlassian solutions (Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management) in complex, multi-project environments
• Proven track record in technical consulting, presales, or project delivery roles where you translated business requirements into scalable technical designs
• Strong communication and storytelling skills—comfortable presenting to both technical teams and C-suite executives in English and ideally German
• Demonstrated mentoring or coaching experience, with a passion for elevating colleagues and fostering technical excellence
• Atlassian certifications (ACP-100, ACP-120, ACP-420, or Cloud equivalents) or the willingness to obtain them within the first six months
