📋 Description

• • As a Senior Automation Engineer at Workato, you will lead the design and delivery of AI-powered automations that eliminate inefficiencies and amplify productivity for Product and Security teams, enabling them to focus on high-value work and deliver meaningful business outcomes.
• • Day to day, you will build AI-powered automation solutions, drive process excellence by identifying and eliminating workflow inefficiencies, collaborate with stakeholders in discovery and solution design sessions, champion AI adoption by integrating emerging AI technologies, share knowledge through documentation, invest in continuous learning, and mentor junior engineers to foster technical excellence.
• • You will be embedded within Workato’s Product organization, working alongside Product and Security teams in a flexible, trust-oriented culture that values innovation, ownership, and teamwork, where you’ll contribute to streamlining operations through enterprise orchestration using AI-powered platforms.
• • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in AI-driven automation, gain hands-on experience with enterprise integration platforms and Gen AI technologies, develop leadership and mentoring skills, and directly impact operational efficiency and scalability across critical business functions.
