- • As a Senior Automation QA Engineer, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of quality assurance at GoStudion. You will assume end-to-end ownership of our QA automation initiatives within the Solutions team, driving the strategy, implementation, and scaling of our automation efforts across a diverse portfolio of products, clients, and internal teams.
- • This role offers a unique blend of hands-on technical execution and strategic leadership. You will be responsible for defining our automation roadmap, architecting and building robust automation frameworks and solutions from the ground up, and establishing best practices that will be adopted company-wide. Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency, reliability, and scalability of our digital solutions, ensuring they meet and exceed client expectations.
- • You will play a pivotal role in identifying opportunities to leverage automation to deliver tangible business value, optimizing testing processes, reducing time-to-market, and enhancing overall product quality. This includes developing and maintaining automated test scripts, integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines, and performing thorough analysis of test results to identify and report defects.
- • Beyond the technical aspects, this position offers significant growth potential. Over time, you will be empowered to build and mentor a dedicated Automation QA team, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement. You will also be responsible for establishing and evangelizing automation standards and guidelines that can scale effectively as GoStudion continues its growth trajectory.
- • Key responsibilities will include:
- • Developing and executing a comprehensive QA automation strategy aligned with business objectives and product roadmaps.
- • Designing, building, and maintaining scalable, efficient, and reliable automation frameworks and test suites using industry-leading tools and technologies.
- • Collaborating closely with development, product management, and other QA teams to integrate automation seamlessly into the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- • Identifying critical areas for automation, prioritizing test cases, and ensuring adequate test coverage across functional, regression, performance, and security testing.
- • Implementing and managing automated testing within CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous integration and continuous delivery.
- • Analyzing test results, identifying root causes of defects, and providing clear, concise, and actionable defect reports.
- • Continuously researching and evaluating new automation tools, technologies, and methodologies to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.
- • Mentoring junior QA engineers and contributing to the development of a high-performing automation QA team.
- • Driving the adoption of automation best practices and standards across the organization.
- • Participating in code reviews and providing feedback on testability and quality aspects of the software.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in designing, developing, and implementing robust QA automation strategies and frameworks from scratch.
- • Strong proficiency in at least one major programming language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript) and experience with automation testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium WebDriver, Cypress, Playwright, Appium).
- • Solid understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes, including test planning, test case design, and defect management.
- • Experience with CI/CD tools and integrating automated tests into pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).
- • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality software.
