đź“‹ Description
- • Join Tenstorrent, a leader in cutting-edge AI technology, and play a pivotal role in revolutionizing performance expectations, ease of use, and cost efficiency in the AI computing paradigm.
- • As a Test Engineer on our Automotive Robotics team, you will be instrumental in designing and delivering the core hardware modules within our next-generation chiplet-based SoCs specifically for automotive products.
- • This role serves as a critical bridge, connecting silicon design, Design for Test (DFT), Outsourced Semiconductor Assembly and Test (OSAT) partners, and our valued customers to ensure our multi-die System-in-Package (SiP) platforms achieve aggressive performance, quality, and safety targets.
- • You will be responsible for defining and executing the comprehensive test strategy for complex multi-chiplet packages, spanning from the initial silicon bring-up phase through to high-volume production.
- • Leverage your extensive experience to manage wafer yield, meticulously analyze field failure rates, and translate system-level and stringent automotive safety requirements into concrete, actionable constraints for package architecture, DFT insertion, and Automated Test Equipment (ATE) or System-Level Test (SLT) content.
- • You will proactively feed valuable lessons learned from production and field data back into the design of next-generation SiP architectures, refine DFT strategies, and enhance test content for future product iterations.
- • This position requires a confident and proactive approach to working directly with foundries, OSAT vendors, and ATE providers to efficiently debug and resolve complex technical issues.
- • Embrace a cross-functional role that extends beyond traditional DFT responsibilities, including deep engagement with low-power designs and intricate multi-clock domain environments.
- • Contribute to the successful high-volume, automotive-grade production of our advanced SiP solutions.
- • Gain unparalleled insights into how chiplets, RISC-V CPUs, AI accelerators, and advanced die-to-die interconnects are integrated to form a unified, high-performance automotive platform.
- • Develop a sophisticated understanding of how to strategically balance package architecture, DFT implementation, and test costs to meet and exceed aggressive performance, quality, and reliability targets demanded by the automotive industry.
- • This role offers a unique opportunity to work on state-of-the-art AI hardware designed for the demanding automotive sector, contributing to the future of autonomous driving and intelligent vehicle systems.
- • You will be a key player in ensuring the reliability and safety of critical automotive components, directly impacting the success of our next-generation products.
- • Collaborate with a world-class team of engineers passionate about AI and dedicated to building the best AI platform possible, fostering an environment of innovation and problem-solving.
- • The position is based in Munich, Germany, offering a chance to work in a vibrant technological hub.
- • We welcome candidates at various experience levels, providing opportunities for growth and development within the company.
- • Your work will directly influence the quality and performance of AI-powered automotive systems, making a tangible impact on the industry.
- • You will be at the forefront of integrating advanced semiconductor technologies into robust automotive solutions.
- • This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a collaborative, challenging, and fast-paced environment, eager to tackle complex engineering problems.
- • Contribute to Tenstorrent's mission of pushing the boundaries of AI hardware and its application in critical sectors like automotive robotics.
- • You will be involved in the entire product lifecycle, from initial design validation to mass production, ensuring the highest standards are met at every stage.
- • Develop expertise in automotive-specific testing methodologies and compliance requirements.
- • Work with cutting-edge RISC-V architecture and its application in high-performance computing for automotive use cases.
- • Drive continuous improvement in test methodologies and product quality through data-driven analysis and feedback loops.
- • Be a part of a company culture that values curiosity, collaboration, and a commitment to solving hard problems.
- • This role offers a unique blend of hardware engineering, test development, and cross-functional collaboration within the rapidly evolving field of AI and automotive technology.
