- • We are looking for a Senior B2B Product Manager excited to solve the interesting and unique challenges construction accounting teams face every day.
- • This is a hybrid role that allows for remote work flexibility.
- • Once a week, we get together for in-person team collaboration and a team lunch in our Seattle office.
- • In this role, you will:
- • Define and build delightful and innovative software that makes it easier for our customers to manage finance and accounting tasks.
- • Be an expert on corporate cards and construction accounting for payables across our supported systems.
- • Grow Finvari's product breadth by solving key challenges for construction AP teams and expanding in underserved areas.
- • Support Customer Success onboarding and supporting customers, as needed.
- • Coordinate feature development and release.
- • Identify, define, and prioritize feature enhancements, communicate the value to the organization, and develop metrics to measure success.
- • Work with UX designers or self-perform design work to build a friendly, intuitive user experience.
- • Work hands on with engineering and customer success building and supporting ERP integrations in the context of your product area.
- • Minimum Qualifications:
- • Self-Motivated and enthusiastic about building great software for construction accounting.
- • Empathetic advocate for your customers.
- • 4+ years experience as a product manager on a product with an external customer.
- • Bachelors in applicable fields (CS, accounting, engineering, supply chain, or similar).
- • Other experience (not required, we're happy for you to learn):
- • Construction accounting or construction ERPs.
- • Fintech and/or payments processing.
- • Construction industry.
- • ERPs such as Vista, Sage Intacct, etc.
