📋 Description

• Senior Backend Engineer at Kiefer Inc., shaping the architecture behind enterprise-grade AI products on the Sophea platform, strengthening reliability, and enabling engineering teams to ship faster with significant technical autonomy.
• Design and evolve backend services in Python (FastAPI) and TypeScript, identify bottlenecks, own critical services end-to-end, improve developer experience, establish engineering standards, and mentor engineers through code reviews and design discussions.
• Kiefer Tech, the technology arm of Kiefer, leverages 12+ years of engineering heritage from Green Energy to deliver sovereign AI infrastructure, enterprise-grade AI solutions, and Greek Large Language Models across Greece and the EU, with strategic collaboration with NVIDIA.
• Opportunity to work daily with LLMs and AI infrastructure, influence engineering culture from day one, grow toward tech lead or staff engineer roles, and contribute to Greece’s technological sovereignty in an engineering-first, high-autonomy environment.
