• • As a Backend Systems Architect, your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass a wide range of critical tasks. You will be instrumental in the design, scaling, and maintenance of high-performance server-side logic, ensuring it remains rock-solid even under heavy concurrent user velocity. A significant part of your role will involve building and optimizing flexible, self-documenting API schemas that seamlessly connect our complex internal data layers to our consumer interfaces. You will architect resilient, decentralized system nodes that communicate asynchronously, eliminating any single points of failure. Furthermore, you will be responsible for structuring highly performant database schemas, indexes, and caching strategies to guarantee sub-millisecond retrieval speeds for critical data. A key focus will be on continuously stress-testing, optimizing, and scaling our core service clusters to adeptly handle explosive traffic spikes and massive computational throughput. Implementing rigorous monitoring, automated failover protocols, and strict error-handling mechanics will be essential to ensure absolute 24/7/365 system uptime and reliability.

• • The ideal candidate will possess elite-level, hands-on mastery of our technical stack, including Node.js for advanced asynchronous architecture and event loop optimization; GraphQL for complex schema design and efficient query orchestration; Golang for concurrent programming patterns and microservice optimization; MongoDB for non-relational database design and aggregation pipeline optimization under heavy write-loads; Kafka for real-time event streaming and distributed partition management; and Redis for in-memory caching architecture and high-velocity data state retention. Experience with Microservices Architecture, including containerized, horizontally scalable service decoupling and distributed event-driven logic, is also essential.
