- • Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and implementing Python-based backend systems that ingest, process, and serve data from enterprise data lakes to power RAG pipelines, ensuring low-latency, high-availability responses for AI-driven applications.
- • The engineer will develop and maintain robust data pipelines to extract, transform, and load structured and semi-structured data from diverse enterprise sources, optimizing for performance, scalability, and data integrity in production environments.
- • They will collaborate with data scientists, AI specialists, and client domain experts to refine RAG workflows, including prompt engineering, vector store integration, and hallucination mitigation strategies, ensuring outputs are accurate, relevant, and aligned with business objectives.

🎯 Requirements
- • Senior-level experience in Python backend engineering with 4+ years of professional experience
- • Proven experience working with data lakes in structured, production environments
- • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
