• • As a Senior Backend Engineer on the Work Analytics squad at ClickUp, you will be at the forefront of shaping the future of how millions of teams understand and optimize their work. This is a pivotal role where you will architect and drive the technical evolution of our innovative Workload and Pulse features, transforming raw workspace data into powerful, actionable insights that empower users to achieve peak productivity.
• • You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying highly scalable and performant backend services that form the backbone of our Work Analytics platform. This involves a deep dive into data infrastructure, ensuring its robustness, reliability, and efficiency as we continue to grow and serve a global user base.
• • Your day-to-day will involve owning the end-to-end development lifecycle for critical features and systems. From initial conception and architectural design through to implementation, testing, and deployment into production, you will have full ownership and accountability.
• • A key aspect of this role is technical leadership. You will be instrumental in driving architectural decisions, setting technical direction, and ensuring the platform's reliability and scalability at scale. This includes proactively identifying potential bottlenecks and implementing solutions to maintain optimal performance.
