- • Senior Backend / Infrastructure Engineer at Brellium Inc. to design and scale systems that power AI-driven healthcare quality improvement, enabling providers to deliver safer, data-driven care at national scale by fixing clinical and compliance risks before they impact patients.
- • Design and evolve distributed systems to support 10x growth in session volume from ~100k to 1M+ daily sessions, ensuring resilience, observability, and performance under increasing load.
- • Improve throughput, fault tolerance, and system resilience across core pipelines by identifying bottlenecks, reducing technical debt, and strengthening incident response mechanisms.
- • Build scalable data pipelines and processing infrastructure to handle high-volume, real-time medical data streams while maintaining data integrity and low latency.
- • Strengthen observability, monitoring, and alerting systems to enable rapid detection and resolution of issues in production environments.
- • Collaborate closely with AI and product teams to ensure backend systems can support new features and model deployments at scale without compromising stability.

🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with a backend/infrastructure focus
- • Expertise in Python and AWS infrastructure
- • Experience building and scaling data-intensive applications and pipelines
- • Strong understanding of distributed systems, concurrency, and database internals
- • Proven track record of improving system reliability and performance in production
