• You will be an integral part of a talented engineering team, focusing on building robust and scalable backend systems primarily powered by Node.js. • Your responsibilities will encompass the full software development lifecycle, from conceptualization and design to implementation, testing, and deployment. • You will also be involved in database design and management, working with various data storage solutions to ensure data integrity and efficient retrieval. This includes optimizing queries and schema design for performance and scalability.
• A significant part of your role will involve integrating with third-party services and APIs, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality across different systems. This requires a strong understanding of API design principles and best practices.
• You will contribute to the development of our AI-driven features, working with data scientists and machine learning engineers to integrate models and algorithms into our production systems. This involves understanding the nuances of deploying and scaling machine learning models in a backend environment.
• We value clean, maintainable, and well-tested code. You will be expected to write high-quality code, participate in code reviews, and advocate for best practices in software development, including unit testing, integration testing, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Backend Software Engineer with a strong focus on Node.js development.
• Deep understanding of JavaScript (ES6+) and asynchronous programming.
• Experience designing, building, and maintaining RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Proficiency with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Mocha) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in the healthcare industry or with Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) is a plus.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies like React is a plus.
