• • Senior Backend Software Engineer - Performance role focused on owning and improving the bidder and pacer systems that drive advertiser outcomes in streaming TV advertising at Vibe, Inc.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include mapping and improving the bidder and pacer stack, shipping measurable improvements to CPx, pacing accuracy, or win rate within the first three months, distributing critical system knowledge to reduce team dependency on individuals, challenging existing designs, and using AI tooling as a force multiplier while iterating in production.
