• • Shape the backbone of the world’s fastest-growing Legal Tech platform. As a Senior Backend Software Engineer (PHP Symfony) you will architect, build, and scale the engine that powers DiliTrust’s SaaS suite used by 2,400 customers in 64 countries—including 80 % of CAC 40, DAX, and FTSE 100 giants. Your code will touch millions of legal documents, board resolutions, and AI-driven contract workflows every month.
• • Own end-to-end feature delivery: from translating complex legal requirements into elegant domain models, through writing clean, test-driven PHP 8 code inside Symfony 6 micro-services, to shipping containerized artifacts on Google Cloud Kubernetes clusters. You will craft RESTful and GraphQL APIs that are consumed by Vue.js 3 front-end teams and external integrators alike.
• • Champion performance and reliability at scale. You will profile and optimize PostgreSQL and MariaDB queries that handle terabytes of structured legal data, introduce caching layers (Redis, Cloud Memorystore), and design event-driven architectures (RabbitMQ, Pub/Sub) to guarantee sub-second response times even during peak AGM season when traffic spikes 10×.
• • Lead architectural evolution. You will sit at the table with the CTO and principal engineers to decide when to extract a monolith into domain-oriented services, how to introduce CQRS or event sourcing for audit-grade legal trails, and which GCP services (Cloud SQL, BigQuery, Vertex AI) best fit new product bets.
• • Mentor and elevate the team. Through pair-programming, code reviews, and brown-bag sessions you will raise the bar on SOLID principles, DDD, and security standards (OWASP, ISO 27001). You will onboard junior developers and run internal guilds on topics such as Symfony Messenger, API-Platform, or test containers.
• • Drive DevOps culture. You will write Terraform modules to spin up ephemeral environments for every pull request, extend GitHub Actions workflows with security scanning and mutation testing, and champion blue-green deployments that achieve 99.9 % uptime SLAs for Fortune 500 clients.
• • Collaborate across borders. Daily stand-ups connect Paris-La Défense with teams in Toronto, Dubai, and Mexico City. You will articulate technical trade-offs to product managers who speak “legal French” and craft user stories that balance regulatory constraints with delightful UX.
• • Stay ahead of the curve. You will experiment with PHP 8.3 JIT, evaluate Symfony 7 readiness, prototype AI micro-services that summarize NDAs using Vertex AI, and feed your findings back to the 40-person engineering community through internal tech talks and open-source contributions.
