• • As a Senior Backend Software Engineer on the Stats and Insights team at GameChanger, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of how youth sports data is leveraged to provide valuable athletic insights. This position is central to developing and enhancing innovative features that enrich our mobile stats and scorekeeping user experience, directly impacting millions of users.
• • You will be instrumental in owning and driving critical product areas, including the core scorekeeping functionality, engaging fan experiences, and comprehensive team management features. Your contributions will span the entire lifecycle of these backend services, from initial design and development through to their ongoing operation in production.
• • The role demands a proactive approach to designing, building, and operating highly scalable, performant backend services. You will be expected to ensure these services meet stringent reliability and observability standards, making them robust and easy to maintain.
• • You will take the lead on significant projects, collaborating closely with Product Managers, Designers, QA Analysts, and fellow Engineers.
