📋 Description

• As Senior Banking Partnerships Manager at CapiMoney Technologies Inc., you will design and execute the strategy for the company’s international banking partner portfolio, ensuring fast and reliable payments for customers in emerging markets by identifying, onboarding, and managing relationships with tier 1 banks and financial infrastructure partners.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities include defining the banking partner roadmap, leading market intelligence on potential partners, owning end-to-end bank onboarding (including KYB, legal, compliance, and technical readiness), driving go-live planning and operational readiness, and managing post-launch relationship health through SLA tracking, incident management, and escalation handling.
• You will act as the central authority on banking partnerships across the organization, coordinating with Legal, Compliance, Product, Treasury, and Operations teams to ensure seamless execution of cross-functional initiatives such as card programmes and virtual IBANs, while providing leadership with decision-ready reporting on partner status, risk flags, and strategic recommendations.

The team of ~100 people across 10 countries values ambition, impact, and getting things done in a hybrid work environment (3 days/week in London office).
• In this role, you will develop deep expertise in global banking infrastructure, cross-border payment systems (SEPA, SWIFT, correspondent banking, FX), and fintech partnership strategy, while building credibility with senior bank stakeholders and gaining end-to-end ownership of complex, multi-stakeholder processes from strategy to BAU operations.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in banking partnerships, financial infrastructure, treasury, or fintech operations
• Direct experience managing relationships with tier 1 banks and financial institutions
• Deep familiarity with cross-border payment infrastructure including SEPA, SWIFT, correspondent banking, and FX
