- • Senior Billing Success Manager at Prompt, Inc., a fast-growing healthcare technology company revolutionizing rehab therapy software, serving as a billing expert to support customer onboarding, drive client success, and ensure smooth implementation of billing best practices across the revenue cycle.
- • Day to day responsibilities include onboarding RCM teams from startups to mid-market clients, training staff on billing best practices, supporting sales cycles as a product specialist, teaching submission, posting, invoicing, AR, and reporting processes, providing guidance on accrual accounting and RCM KPIs, and using advanced Excel and data analysis to support data-driven decision making.
- • The Billing Success team is integral to Prompt’s industry-leading Customer Success organization, which achieves an NPS 81 points higher than competitors, and works closely with sales, product, and client finance teams to drive adoption and satisfaction.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in the Prompt platform, healthcare revenue cycle management, and financial reporting, while building relationships with billing stakeholders, influencing product understanding across teams, and growing into a trusted advisor who drives client retention and operational excellence.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred; substantial experience may substitute
- • 3+ years in the medical billing industry
- • 2-3 years of billing experience for outpatient physical therapy clinics
- • Experience working with mid-market RCM companies (50+ therapists) in a success or leadership role
- • 2-3 years of RCM leadership experience
- • Solid understanding of fundamental accounting concepts
- • High proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis
- • Strong written and verbal communication skills
- • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with flexibility for extended hours
