- • Senior Biz Ops & People Generalist role at TheyDo B.V., a fully remote SaaS company building an AI-powered journey management platform used by global enterprises like Ford, Cisco, and Johnson & Johnson to scale customer-centricity.
- • Day to day: Own onboarding for new hires, organize bi-weekly all-hands and AI Q&A sessions, lead annual company retreats and in-person meet-ups, partner with CEO and exec team on OKR rollout and strategic initiative tracking, support People Operations in improving employee experience via AI and automation, manage internal communications, and coordinate quarterly leadership team meet-ups including logistics and follow-through.

- • What the person can learn or achieve in this role: Develop end-to-end ownership of business and people operations in a high-growth SaaS environment, gain experience scaling culture and strategy across global teams, build expertise in operationalizing OKRs, leading cross-functional initiatives, and shaping employee experience through AI-enabled processes, while growing as a trusted partner to leadership in a mission-driven organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • Experience working within a growing remote or hybrid SaaS organisation supporting team members across multiple geographies and time zones
- • Experience in strategy and operations, business operations, people operations, employee experience, or similarly cross-functional operational roles
- • Experience planning and coordinating in-person company events, including logistics, vendor management, and attendee experience
- • Third-level education in Human Resources, Business, Operations, Psychology, or a related field
- • Strong generalist mindset with comfort switching between operational, strategic, and people-focused work
- • Self-starter who thrives in autonomous environments and is comfortable improving existing processes or building new ones from scratch
