  • Are you a seasoned 360 recruiter with a passion for high-growth SaaS environments? Dotmatics is seeking a dynamic Talent Partner to join our team on a fixed-term contract, initially for six months. This pivotal role will be instrumental in driving top-of-funnel success across our Product & Technology (software engineering), Go-To-Market (GTM/Sales), and Scientific functions. You will be a true flex player, adept at sourcing, engaging, and closing top-tier talent for a diverse range of roles, including Fullstack Engineers, DevOps specialists, Product Managers with scientific/SaaS backgrounds, Test Engineers, and other critical scientific positions. Your ability to adapt and support hiring across various business areas, especially during high-volume periods, will be key to your success.
  • In this role, you will take ownership of the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial intake meetings with hiring managers to the final offer stage. You will build and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies, identifying, engaging, and nurturing world-class talent within highly competitive global markets. This includes developing strong, trusted relationships with leaders and hiring managers, providing them with invaluable market insights, strategic hiring advice, and best practices. Your responsibility extends to driving candidate pipelines through proactive direct sourcing, targeted outreach, leveraging referral networks, and conducting in-depth market mapping – there are no hand-offs here; you own the candidate journey.
  • You will manage multiple high-priority requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced SaaS environment, meticulously balancing the need for speed with the unwavering commitment to the quality of the hiring process, candidate interviews, and the ultimate hire. Close collaboration with other Recruiters will be essential to understand evolving hiring needs, refine search criteria, and collectively achieve aggressive hiring goals. You will act as a subject-matter expert for multiple geographies, including the US, UK, EMEA, and Canada, possessing a deep understanding of the tech hiring landscape – knowing precisely where the best talent resides, what motivates them, and the most effective ways to engage them.
  • A data-driven approach is fundamental to this role. You will diligently track and analyze key sourcing metrics and funnel data, such as response rates, conversion rates, and time-to-submit, to continuously refine your strategies and demonstrably impact the business. Representing the Dotmatics brand with authenticity and professionalism is paramount, ensuring a positive, high-touch candidate experience at every touchpoint. Furthermore, you will lead the pre-boarding and onboarding efforts, managing new hires seamlessly from offer acceptance through their first day, including the coordination of all first-day schedules and activities.

🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in sourcing or recruiting, with a strong focus on Product & Engineering roles, ideally gained in-house within SaaS or high-growth tech companies. Experience in GTM (Go-To-Market/Sales) is also highly desirable.
  • Proven track record as an agency tech recruiter or a recruiter-turned-sourcer (and vice versa) with demonstrated success in building exceptional talent pipelines in highly competitive markets.
  • Experience supporting distributed global teams across multiple time zones, with a clear ability to demonstrate how your sourcing efforts have directly impacted the scaling of a high-growth SaaS business.
  • Expertise in managing multiple requisitions simultaneously in fast-paced SaaS environments, balancing speed with quality, and a deep understanding of hiring across US, UK&I, and Canadian SaaS Product & Tech talent markets.
  • Proficiency in sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub) and ATS platforms (Greenhouse preferred), with experience in HIRS systems (Workday preferred).
  • Exceptional project management skills, including tracking, organizing, and managing sourcing and recruiting projects to ensure visibility, follow-through, reporting, and on-time delivery.
