Your primary objective will be to conceptualize, design, and art-direct impactful brand assets that elevate our product narratives and resonate with a diverse global audience.
- • You will contribute significantly to the ongoing development and meticulous maintenance of Kraken's overarching visual identity, including its sub-brands. This involves ensuring unwavering consistency and cohesive integration across our entire product ecosystem, from Kraken Pro and Desktop to Wallet and Kraken Futures, as well as all external brand communications.
- • The opportunity extends to creating distinctive, high-quality design solutions across a spectrum of mediums, including digital interfaces, animation, and traditional graphic design. This encompasses everything from developing groundbreaking campaign concepts to executing the finest details with precision.

🎯 Requirements
- • Significant experience as a Brand Designer or Art Director, with a proven track record in agency, in-house, or startup environments, demonstrating successful collaboration with multiple teams on diverse projects.
- • A strong, compelling portfolio showcasing detailed-oriented design work, well-defined visual systems, and evidence of strategic, provocative creative thinking.
- • Mastery of core graphic design fundamentals, including typography, color theory, layout principles, visual hierarchy, and composition.
- • Demonstrated ability to craft and effectively communicate a visual story, from high-level concept development through to final design execution and presentation.
- • Proficiency in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
- • Experience with motion design principles or a strong ability to collaborate effectively with motion designers.
- • Clear, proactive communication skills, with confidence in presenting work, articulating design decisions, and aligning stakeholders.
- • A passion for or strong curiosity about cryptocurrency, emerging technologies, and culture, coupled with motivation for tackling fast-paced, evolving creative challenges.
