- • Own and drive the Amazon growth strategy for a portfolio of brands worth up to $1 M in annual revenue, acting as the single point of accountability for client satisfaction, retention, and expansion.
- • Craft and continuously refine a data-driven channel strategy that uncovers each brand’s key growth levers, accelerates revenue, and elevates brand awareness across Amazon’s complex ecosystem.
- • Lead the end-to-end client playbook process—translating brand priorities into actionable roadmaps, coordinating flawless execution across Media, Content, and Operations teams, and ensuring every milestone ladders up to measurable business outcomes.
- • Translate deep-dive market, category, and competitive analyses into strategic insights that unlock new growth opportunities and inform upsell conversations for additional Cart.com services.
- • Monitor, track, and analyze brand performance daily; convert raw data into compelling narratives that guide corrective action, optimize spend, and showcase ROI to stakeholders at every level.
- • Prepare and deliver persuasive, visually polished presentations for C-suite, marketing, and operations audiences—turning complex analytics into clear, actionable recommendations.
- • Serve as the proactive voice of the client inside Cart.com: submit and shepherd internal tickets, track deliverables to completion, and ensure cross-functional teams meet deadlines without compromising quality.
- • Attend and orchestrate client meetings with meticulous preparation—defining agendas, gathering the right attendees, aligning on goals, and following up with crisp recaps and next steps.
- • Mentor and leverage Associate Brand Management support when provided, modeling best practices in strategic thinking, client communication, and executional excellence.
- • Dedicate up to 50 % of your time to high-impact executional work alongside Brand Directors, sharpening your expertise in media buying, SEO, supply chain optimization, content creation, and merchandising while building toward ownership of larger accounts.
- • Stay ahead of Amazon policy changes, algorithm updates, and retail innovations—distilling what matters most and rapidly integrating new tactics into client strategies.
- • Champion Cart.com’s six core values—being brand obsessed, thinking beyond the box, never giving up, speaking up, working together, and remembering to be human—in every client interaction and internal collaboration.
- • Thrive in a fully remote environment anchored to Texas Central Standard Time, collaborating seamlessly with teammates across 17 warehouses, three countries, and multiple time zones.
- • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by sharing wins, flagging risks early, and iterating on processes that scale as Cart.com grows from 6,000 to 60,000 customers worldwide.
