- • As the Senior Brand Marketing Manager for Housing at EliseAI, you will be instrumental in shaping and amplifying our brand's presence within the critical housing industry. This role is a unique opportunity to blend the strategic acumen of B2B marketing with the compelling narrative power of B2C, defining how EliseAI is perceived and experienced by our diverse audiences. You will be the architect of our brand's voice, visual identity, and overall impact, ensuring it resonates deeply with property managers, renters, and other stakeholders.
- • Your core responsibility will be to lead the evolution of EliseAI's brand strategy. This involves refining our positioning in the market, crafting a powerful and consistent narrative, and developing a distinct visual identity that sets us apart in the rapidly expanding AI and PropTech landscape. You will be tasked with making complex AI solutions understandable and desirable, translating technical capabilities into tangible benefits and emotional connections for our users.
- • A significant part of your role will be to conceptualize, develop, and manage integrated brand campaigns. These campaigns will span across paid, owned, and earned media channels, ensuring a cohesive and impactful presence wherever our audience interacts with us. You will orchestrate these efforts, working closely with external agencies and internal teams to bring creative visions to life and drive measurable results.
- • You will be the guardian of the brand's voice and storytelling. This means ensuring that every communication, from website copy and marketing collateral to event presentations and executive talking points, adheres to a consistent, high-quality standard. Your ability to craft compelling narratives will be key to building brand equity and fostering genuine connection.

🎯 Requirements
- • 4-7 years of experience in brand marketing or integrated marketing, with a strong preference for experience spanning both B2B and B2C environments.
- • Experience within the tech, SaaS, or AI sectors is highly desirable, demonstrating an understanding of these complex and fast-moving industries.
- • Prior experience working with or within a creative agency, showcasing an ability to effectively collaborate, brief, and manage external creative partners to produce high-quality work.
- • A proven track record of understanding and implementing strategies for brand growth, including expertise in storytelling, experiential marketing, and long-term brand equity development.
- • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and build strong working relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

- • Comfort and proficiency in working closely with senior executives, customers, and subject-matter experts to extract compelling insights and develop impactful narratives.
