- • As a Senior Business Analyst, Enterprise Systems at Clario, you will play a critical role in driving the successful delivery of enterprise technology initiatives that directly support clinical and operational excellence, transforming lives by unlocking better evidence through scalable, high-quality solutions.
- • You will partner with business stakeholders and engineering teams to translate complex business needs into actionable technical plans, ensuring alignment across initiatives and enabling the delivery of innovative systems that advance Clario’s mission in healthcare technology.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include coordinating execution across multiple enterprise initiatives such as internal application development, system integrations, automation, and platform modernization, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
- • You will gather, document, and translate business requirements into clear, actionable deliverables for technical teams, serving as the bridge between strategic goals and technical implementation.
- • You will lead Agile delivery processes, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement across teams.
- • You will maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and dependencies across concurrent workstreams, proactively identifying risks and blockers to keep initiatives on track.
- • You will monitor delivery progress, drive issue resolution, and provide leadership with data-driven reporting on project status, resource allocation, risks, and delivery health to support informed decision-making.
- • You will support the intake and prioritization of new initiatives, evaluating scope against business needs, technical feasibility, and resource capacity to ensure strategic alignment.
- • You will ensure adherence to enterprise delivery standards, governance frameworks, and best practices, promoting consistency and quality across all technology initiatives.
- • You will drive continuous improvement in delivery processes, tools, and Agile practices to enhance team efficiency, predictability, and overall organizational agility.
- • You will work within a purpose-driven organization where your contributions directly impact the advancement of clinical science and the delivery of life-changing therapies to patients faster.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- • 10+ years of experience managing technology programs, enterprise systems, or complex IT initiatives
- • Proven expertise in Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC) environments
- • Strong experience coordinating multiple concurrent projects and managing cross-team dependencies
- • Demonstrated ability to gather and translate business requirements into technical execution plans
- • Experience working with enterprise applications, system integrations, or modernization initiatives
- • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or enterprise SaaS environments
- • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- • Ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across technical and business teams
- • Professional certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent are preferred
- • Based in or able to work remotely within Canada
