• • Senior Business Analyst, Fraud Strategy role focused on protecting KOHO’s users and business by building and evolving fraud detection models, controls, and strategies that balance risk mitigation with customer experience.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include owning the end-to-end fraud control landscape for applications and transactions, leading the design and evolution of fraud detection models, developing deep understanding of KOHO-specific fraud patterns, championing customer experience in risk decisions, identifying automation opportunities, building business cases for investment decisions, and partnering with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Operations teams.
