📋 Description

• • Senior Business Analyst role focused on Identity & Access Management (IAM), serving as the critical bridge between IAM product strategy and technical execution to ensure secure, compliant, and efficient access controls across Adyen’s internal systems.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include facilitating automated Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML) workflows, managing role and exception mappings in alignment with Separation of Duties (SoD) frameworks, coordinating audit and compliance responses, and co-creating management dashboards to monitor control effectiveness and drive automation initiatives.
• • Adyen is a global financial technology platform providing unified payments, data, and financial solutions for industry leaders like Meta, Uber, H&M, and Microsoft, operating with an engineering-driven culture that values ownership, innovation, and ethical solutions at scale.
