Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • Own the end-to-end discovery and documentation lifecycle for Fetch’s most strategic partnerships, translating high-level business goals into crisp, actionable user stories, process flows, and technical specifications that engineering, product, and operations teams can execute against.
- • Act as the primary liaison between Account Management, Sales, Product, Engineering, Data, and external partners—running discovery workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and sprint reviews to ensure every voice is heard and every dependency is surfaced early.
- • Build and maintain a living repository of partnership playbooks, API mappings, data dictionaries, and integration blueprints so that future implementations launch faster, cost less, and scale smoothly across new markets and product lines.
- • Translate complex insurance concepts—policy issuance, claims adjudication, underwriting rules, reinsurance treaties—into clear, non-technical language for partners while simultaneously authoring detailed acceptance criteria that developers can code against without ambiguity.
- • Design and track KPIs that measure the health of each partnership (activation rates, attachment rates, claims frequency, NPS, partner ROI) and present findings to senior leadership, turning raw data into narratives that influence roadmap prioritization and budget allocation.
- • Lead agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) for cross-functional pods dedicated to partnership integrations, ensuring scope creep is managed, blockers are escalated, and deliverables ship on time and within budget.
- • Identify automation opportunities within partner onboarding, policy servicing, and claims workflows; partner with Data and Engineering to prototype self-service tools that reduce manual effort by 30%+ within the first year.
- • Influence Fetch’s long-term data architecture by providing partner-centric insights—e.g., new data feeds, telemetry requirements, real-time event streams—that enable predictive analytics and personalized pet-parent experiences.
- • Champion a culture of continuous improvement: run quarterly business reviews with partners, synthesize feedback into backlog items, and iterate on processes, SLAs, and product features that deepen partner loyalty and drive revenue growth.
- • Mentor junior analysts and newly hired product managers on best practices for stakeholder management, user-story writing, and SQL-based data validation, raising the analytical bar across the entire organization.
- • Stay ahead of industry trends—regulatory shifts, insur-tech innovations, veterinary telehealth adoption—and brief leadership on strategic threats and opportunities that could reshape Fetch’s partner ecosystem.
- • Travel up to 10% (post-pandemic) for on-site partner summits, veterinary conferences, and team off-sites, ensuring face-to-face relationship building complements our remote-first culture.
