📋 Description

• As a Senior Business Analyst in Services Process Transformation at CDW Corporation, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence by analyzing, redesigning, and optimizing end-to-end business processes to support the company’s growth objectives and service delivery innovation.
• You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders, including business leaders, subject matter experts, and technical teams, to uncover inefficiencies, validate improvement opportunities, and translate business needs into actionable solutions that enhance performance, reduce waste, and align with strategic goals.
• Day to day, you will collaborate with stakeholders to clarify, prioritize, and validate project requirements and business objectives; decompose complex business problems to identify root causes and develop solution alternatives; engage subject matter experts to capture pain points and current-state process details.
• You will collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative data to assess opportunity value, build business cases, and support investment justifications using tools like Excel, Power BI, or SQL.
• You will create detailed process workflows, map end-to-end processes, identify bottlenecks, and design improved future-state processes, then assist in implementing and validating the effectiveness of changes.
• You will participate in system testing, validate that business goals are met, maintain documentation of requirements and designs, and drive alignment between project outcomes and organizational strategy.
• You will serve as an internal consultant, fostering cross-functional collaboration, building trust across teams, and sharing knowledge to strengthen organizational capability in process improvement.
• You will maintain a macro-view of key service processes, application platforms, and business outcomes to ensure sustained improvements and scalability of solutions.
• About the team or company: You will join CDW’s Services Process Transformation (SPT) team, a strategic unit focused on enabling growth through process, technology, and organizational innovation within a Fortune 500 technology solutions provider serving business, government, education, and healthcare markets.

• What the person can learn or achieve in this role: You will deepen your expertise in business analysis, process improvement methodologies (including Lean Six Sigma), and data-driven decision-making while gaining exposure to enterprise-scale transformation initiatives.
• You will develop advanced stakeholder management and consulting skills, strengthen your ability to influence without authority, and build a portfolio of impactful process improvements that contribute directly to CDW’s operational efficiency and customer success.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 1 year of total Information Technology experience OR 5 years of experience in finance, data analytics, management consulting, business strategy, or process improvement.
• Proven work experience in process definition, including facilitation, process documentation, and process improvement initiatives.
• Excellent organizational, time management, written, and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong understanding of financial processes and concepts relevant to a services business, combined with critical thinking, creative problem-solving, and a data-driven mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel; experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI), SQL, Python, or R is a plus.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification and a Master’s degree are preferred qualifications.
