📋 Description
- • Own end-to-end delivery of software subscription initiatives from business need identification to measurable outcomes, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- • Partner with product, engineering, IT, operations, and external vendors to translate subscription-based business requirements into clear, actionable delivery plans.
- • Drive execution across distributed and global teams, managing dependencies, risks, and timelines to ensure on-time delivery of subscription initiatives.
- • Act as the primary point of accountability for delivery risks, issue resolution, and cross-functional alignment in complex enterprise environments.
- • Lead requirements discovery and refinement with an execution mindset, avoiding over-engineered documentation while maintaining clarity and focus on business outcomes.
- • Balance business objectives, technical constraints, and delivery realities to enable pragmatic, scalable solutions for subscription models.
- • Continuously validate that software solutions align with key subscription business goals including scalability, customer experience, renewals, and recurring revenue.
- • Coordinate and align stakeholders with competing priorities, timelines, and expectations to maintain momentum and clarity across initiatives.
- • Proactively identify risks, gaps, and misalignments early and communicate them clearly to senior leadership with recommended mitigation strategies.
- • Provide transparent, consistent updates on progress, trade-offs, and delivery decisions to ensure informed decision-making at all levels.
- • Support global teams by adapting communication and coordination approaches to accommodate time zones, cultural differences, and distributed workflows.
- • Ensure delivery outcomes directly contribute to the growth and success of GE HealthCare’s software subscription business model.
- • Maintain focus on outcomes rather than tasks, earning stakeholder trust through consistent delivery and ownership of results.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- • 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Senior Business Analyst, or delivery-focused BA
- • Experience supporting software, SaaS, or subscription-based products
- • Proven ability to drive execution, not just gather requirements
- • Strong experience working in complex, cross-functional enterprise environments
- • Excellent stakeholder communication and influence skills
