📋 Description
- • Senior Business Analyst role focused on shaping and delivering payment products at Form3, a mission-critical payments infrastructure provider.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with product, engineering, operations, and external stakeholders to drive end-to-end delivery of payment solutions; producing high-quality, unambiguous requirements (user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, functional specifications); translating product vision into actionable requirements; acting as a Subject Matter Expert for the full UK product suite; analysing impact of product changes across customer, operational, and regulatory dimensions; developing deep understanding of end-to-end payments architecture; tracking evolving UK payments landscape; identifying, assessing, and managing functional and non-functional risks; ensuring alignment with scheme rules, regulatory obligations, and industry standards.
- • The team is Form3’s UK Product team, a fast-paced, collaborative group building best-in-class payments services and proud of their market-leading UK product offering; Senior Business Analysts are central to innovation, trusted with product ownership tasks, and surrounded by high-calibre experts.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in UK payments systems, regulatory compliance, and financial technology; gain influence in product decision-making; enhance your ability to translate complex requirements into engineering-ready specifications; and play a pivotal role in the critical infrastructure powering payments across the UK.
🎯 Requirements
- • Strong experience (5–8+ years) as a Business Analyst in payments or financial services
- • Deep knowledge of UK payment schemes and end-to-end payments processing (FPS & Bacs)
- • Understanding of the current and future UK payments landscape and key trends
- • Experience translating complex requirements into clear, testable specifications
- • Strong understanding of regulatory and scheme requirements (e.g. Pay.UK scheme rules)
- • Experience working on high-availability / mission-critical systems
- • Proven ability to identify risks, dependencies, and edge cases
