📋 Description

• Serve as a trusted Guidewire leader on complex customer implementations, guiding overall solution strategy and architectural governance to align client goals with scalable, maintainable Guidewire solutions.
• Act as a cross-functional thought partner, collaborating with Engagement Managers, customer executives, developers, and product teams to shape critical technical and business decisions.
• Maintain Ace Certification in multiple Guidewire products and possess deep knowledge of how PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, and BillingCenter interact.
• Set and enforce project- or team-based standards for requirements definition and design, ensuring compliance and consistency across implementations.
• Investigate, implement, and validate tools and processes for managing configuration and requirements items to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
• Conduct elaboration sessions to capture requirements beyond InsuranceSuite, including data, reporting, analytics, forms, and integrations.
• Define and validate business requirements and specifications that leverage Guidewire products to meet customer business objectives.
• Leverage AI tools to drive productivity improvements and innovate the application of AI in enhancing Guidewire product delivery.
• Act as the Guidewire lead for functional or technical workstreams, providing mentorship and oversight to Business Analyst team members.
• Review and approve requirements definitions to ensure alignment with base functionality and customer business goals.
• Anticipate application risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies to reduce delivery issues.
• Support Guidewire and customer teams in troubleshooting complex system issues across enterprise implementations.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to customer business and leadership teams, presenting proposed solutions and roadmaps with clarity and confidence.
• Contribute to pre-sales and proposal efforts by evaluating alignment between proposed solutions and customer value propositions.
• Collaborate with Product, R&D, and Cloud teams to resolve product questions and surface roadmap needs.
• Contribute to internal architecture standards, playbooks, and reusable solution assets to improve organizational efficiency.
• Mentor junior Architects and help develop business architecture leadership across the Professional Services organization.
• Participate in business architecture forums and knowledge-sharing sessions across global regions.
• Represent Professional Services in cross-functional strategic initiatives and internal pilots.
• Travel up to 50% for onsite client engagements as required.
• Apply data-driven insights to drive innovation, productivity, and continuous improvement in daily responsibilities.

🎯 Requirements

• German language proficiency
• Deep expertise in Guidewire implementation and product functionality (PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, BillingCenter)
• Experience in enterprise software business architecture with relevant delivery experience
• Proven ability to define business application solutions across multiple workstreams or regions
• Demonstrated ability to maximize use of base functionality in requirements definition
• Proficiency in Agile delivery and hybrid cloud implementation strategies
