🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven track record in business development and account management, specifically selling technology solutions or consulting services within the logistics, transportation, or distribution industries.
  • • Demonstrated ability to manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing complex deals, with a history of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • • Strong understanding of technology solutions relevant to logistics, transportation, and warehousing (e.g., WMS, TMS, supply chain visibility, route optimization, fleet management).
  • • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote environment while also collaborating effectively with internal teams.
  • • Willingness and ability to travel frequently within the assigned East Coast territory (NJ, NY, VA) and potentially to the Midwest, as well as to industry events.
