- • Senior Business Development Director role focused on driving sales and client relationships within Labcorp's Central Lab organisation, supporting diagnostic testing and drug development solutions that improve health outcomes.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include establishing and nurturing client relationships, achieving sales targets, managing strategic accounts, leading negotiations for MSAs and preferred provider agreements, developing account plans, organizing client visits and presentations, forecasting pipelines, analyzing market opportunities, and collaborating across teams to enhance customer satisfaction.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences
- • Significant demonstrable experience in sales or selling services directly to the pharmaceutical and biotech sectors with direct interaction with mid-level and executive level decision makers
- • Advanced industry knowledge paired with excellent understanding of the drug development continuum
