- • Own the full 360-degree sales cycle for Convera’s FX and cross-border payment solutions across the UK market, from first cold call to signed contract and beyond, turning prospects into long-term, high-value clients.
- • Design and execute a data-driven sales strategy that expands our footprint among SMEs, mid-market corporates, and blue-chip enterprises, translating ambitious revenue targets into weekly, monthly, and quarterly action plans that you personally deliver.
- • Become the go-to expert on foreign-exchange trends, compliance shifts, and macro-economic developments, using this insight to anticipate client pain points and position Convera’s platform as the definitive answer to their international payment challenges.
- • Build and relentlessly refresh a robust pipeline through multi-channel prospecting—cold outreach, warm referrals, industry exhibitions, partner introductions, and targeted networking—ensuring you always have 3-4× coverage against quota.
- • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Compliance, and Partner teams to craft tailored proposals, negotiate commercials, and structure deals that maximise lifetime value while meeting strict risk and regulatory standards.
- • Run compelling discovery sessions and demos that translate complex FX workflows into simple, ROI-focused narratives, winning both technical and economic buyers in a single conversation.
- • Report transparently on KPIs—revenue, margin, pipeline velocity, win-rate, cross-sell penetration—using Salesforce and BI dashboards to surface insights that refine tactics in real time.
- • Mentor junior reps and share battle-tested playbooks, raising the bar for the entire UK sales organisation and reinforcing Convera’s culture of competitive excellence and continuous learning.
- • Champion customer success post-signature, looping in service and onboarding teams to guarantee smooth implementation, rapid time-to-value, and glowing references that fuel further expansion.
- • Represent Convera at industry events, webinars, and panels, building your personal brand and ours while harvesting high-intent leads and strategic partnerships that compound year after year.
