  • • Own the end-to-end alliance growth strategy for Nagarro’s AI/ML, Big Data, Cloud and Digital Transformation offerings across the United States, acting as the single-threaded leader who turns hyperscaler partnerships into predictable, scalable revenue streams.
  • • Drive two high-impact revenue motions: (1) partner-influenced revenue by weaving Nagarro solutions into every relevant hyperscaler sales conversation, and (2) partner-sourced revenue by originating net-new opportunities directly through co-sell motions with AWS, Azure and GCP field teams.
  • • Deliver double-digit YoY growth by expanding wallet-share in 100+ existing enterprise accounts and simultaneously hunting 30–50 new logos per year in Manufacturing, BFSI, Automotive, Retail and emerging verticals.
  • • Architect and execute joint go-to-market campaigns—digital campaigns, executive roundtables, bootcamps, industry webinars—that position Nagarro as the transformation partner of choice and generate a qualified pipeline exceeding $50 M annually.
  • • Represent Nagarro on the biggest stages: keynote at partner summits, panelist at industry conferences, and host of VIP customer councils—translating technical vision into C-suite value stories that accelerate decision cycles.
  • • Translate hyperscaler program roadmaps (competency tracks, MAPS, PDM, ISV Accelerate, Marketplace) into quarterly business plans that unlock MDF, PoC credits, and seller SPIFFs—turning program complexity into competitive advantage.
  • • Orchestrate cross-functional squads across Nagarro BUs, practices, pre-sales, delivery and marketing to craft differentiated solution bundles (e.g., AI-powered demand forecasting on Azure, real-time fraud detection on GCP) that win six- and seven-figure deals.
  • • Build and nurture a trusted-advisor network of VPs, CTOs and cloud COEs inside Fortune 1000 accounts, converting technical champions into executive sponsors who repeatedly choose Nagarro over global SIs.
  • • Institute a rigorous rhythm of business: monthly pipeline reviews with hyperscaler PDMs, quarterly QBRs with partner leadership, and real-time dashboards that track influenced revenue, sourced revenue, attach rates and NPS—ensuring transparency and course-correction at speed.
  • • Champion a culture of experimentation—pilot new consumption-based pricing models, marketplace private offers, and industry-specific reference architectures—then scale the winners across the region.
  • • Serve as the voice of the customer back into Nagarro’s product and delivery teams, feeding real-world insights that shape next-gen accelerators and IP, keeping our offerings two steps ahead of market demand.
