• • As a Senior Business Development Manager at Safeguard Global, you will play a pivotal role in expanding the company’s footprint in the Romanian market by driving growth in staffing leasing and recruitment solutions, directly contributing to the company’s mission of enabling global workforce solutions through localized expertise and strategic client partnerships.
• • Your work will focus on acquiring new clients, developing tailored staffing solutions, and strengthening Safeguard Global’s reputation as a trusted partner in Romania’s competitive talent landscape, ensuring sustainable revenue growth and market leadership in Direct Hire, Executive Search, and Temporary Staffing services.
• • Day to day, you will develop and execute business development strategies targeting Romanian companies with staffing needs, including identifying prospects, initiating outreach, and qualifying leads across industries seeking Direct Hire, Executive Search, and Temporary Staffing solutions.
• • You will create, customize, and track detailed proposals in collaboration with the Market Leader, ensuring pricing models are competitive, profitable, and aligned with client-specific workforce challenges and budget constraints.
• • You will negotiate contracts and service agreements with clients, leveraging your expertise to close deals while maintaining compliance with Safeguard Global’s standards and local labor regulations.
• • You will manage and nurture long-term client relationships by acting as a trusted advisor, conducting regular check-ins, gathering feedback, and identifying opportunities for upselling or expanding service scope based on evolving client needs.
• • You will collaborate closely with internal recruitment and delivery teams to ensure seamless handover of sold solutions, providing market insights and client requirements to enable tailored candidate sourcing and placement execution.
• • You will actively participate in industry networking events, conferences, and professional associations to expand your professional network, raise Safeguard Global’s brand visibility, and stay abreast of market trends and competitor activities in Romania’s staffing sector.
• • You will continuously innovate by developing new business ideas, service packages, and pricing strategies in response to market shifts, client feedback, and emerging workforce trends such as remote work, gig economy integration, and skills-based hiring.
• • You will maintain accurate records of all sales activities, pipeline progress, and client interactions in the CRM system, providing regular forecasts and performance reports to the Market Leader and senior management.
• • You will operate with a high degree of autonomy, demonstrating self-direction, accountability, and entrepreneurial initiative while aligning your efforts with Safeguard Global’s global standards and regional objectives.
