- • As a Senior Business Development Representative at Flagright Inc., you will drive customer growth by generating outbound pipeline opportunities for North America, identifying and engaging decision-makers at fintechs and banks through cold calls, personalized outreach, and deep research to book qualified meetings for the sales team.
- • Day to day, you will conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and events; research and engage decision-makers; articulate Flagright’s value proposition tailored to prospect needs; build and manage a consistent pipeline against quota; nurture relationships to progress opportunities to sales-ready stage; maintain accurate CRM records; collaborate with Account Executives on deal handoffs; partner with GTM to refine messaging; and represent Flagright at industry events and customer meetings across North America, requiring up to 30% travel.
- • Flagright is an AI operating system for financial crime compliance used globally by Fortune 500 companies, large banks, fintechs, and fast-growing startups. - • In this role, you will develop expertise in outbound sales strategy, deepen your knowledge of fintech, banking, and compliance industries, sharpen your ability to articulate complex product value, and gain direct exposure to leadership and influence on go-to-market strategy while building equity from day one at a Y Combinator-backed startup.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of B2B SaaS BDR experience
- • Relevant industry knowledge in fintech, payments, banking, compliance, risk, or financial infrastructure
- • Strong communicator — clear, concise, and confident
- • Comfortable with cold outreach and high-volume prospecting, unafraid of rejection
- • Able to research accounts deeply and craft personalized, relevant outreach
- • Organized and disciplined in managing pipeline, CRM hygiene, and follow-ups
- • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment with shifting priorities
- • Able to learn quickly and articulate complex products
- • Willing and able to travel up to 30% of the time
- • Based in New York
- • Preferred: Experience prospecting into or qualifying enterprise accounts (1,000+ employees)
