- • As a Senior Business Development Representative at Flagright Inc., you will play a critical role in scaling the company’s presence across North America by generating high-quality outbound pipeline for the sales team, directly contributing to revenue growth and market expansion in the financial crime compliance space.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include conducting cold calls, personalized email and LinkedIn outreach, deep account research, and booking qualified meetings with decision-makers at fintechs, banks, and financial institutions; you will also maintain accurate CRM records, collaborate with Account Executives on deal handoffs, and represent Flagright at industry events and customer meetings across North America, requiring up to 30% travel.
- • Flagright operates as a lean, high-performance team with direct access to leadership, minimal bureaucracy, and an asynchronous work culture; you’ll join a top-tier GTM team composed of professionals from Y Combinator, ex-AWS, and Palantir, all united by a mission to combat financial crime using AI-driven compliance solutions.
- • In this role, you will develop advanced outbound sales expertise, sharpen your ability to articulate complex value propositions, build resilience through high-ownership execution, and gain direct influence on go-to-market strategy while earning equity from day one at a Y Combinator-backed startup.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of B2B SaaS BDR experience
- • Strong communicator — clear, concise, and confident in articulating value propositions
- • Comfortable with cold outreach, high-volume prospecting, and handling rejection
- • Able to research accounts deeply and craft personalized, relevant outreach strategies
- • Organized and disciplined in managing pipeline, CRM hygiene, and consistent follow-ups
- • Willing and able to travel up to 30% of the time
