- • The Senior Business Finance role at NICE Ltd. is a critical function that drives strategic decision-making through rigorous financial planning, forecasting, and analysis, directly impacting resource allocation and long-term business performance across global operations.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include creating and updating financial forecasts, serving as a key point of contact for financial modeling and budgeting, producing ad-hoc and standard reports, analyzing actuals versus forecasts/budgets, communicating weekly and monthly metrics, conducting variance analysis, and supporting quarterly and annual projections.
- • The role involves leading special projects that extend beyond traditional analyst duties, building and refining financial models from scratch (both simple and sophisticated), and conducting deep data analysis to uncover insights that inform executive decision-making.
- • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across all levels of the organization, presenting findings and recommendations to senior management while operating with a high degree of independence and accountability in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline
- • Minimum 5 years of relevant FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) experience
- • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and financial modeling
- • Demonstrated expertise in financial analysis, forecasting, and building dynamic financial models
- • Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure, adapt to shifting business directions, and work independently with minimal supervision
- • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels and present confidently to senior management
