- • As a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst on Zillow’s Preferred Strategy & Insights team, you will drive strategy for the Preferred Seller business by turning complex data into clear recommendations and measurable actions that improve the selling experience.
- • You will define and track key success metrics across the Preferred Seller journey, own core reporting and forecasting, lead A/B tests and experiments, and partner with Product, Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Finance to turn business questions into actionable insights.
- • You will work with Engineering and Data teams to build scalable datasets and models, design compelling visualizations, and provide thought leadership while mentoring junior analysts.
- • The team shapes the future of the selling experience by improving conversion, operational performance, and customer confidence through data-driven decisions across the for-sale partner program.
- • You will gain expertise in strategic analytics, cross-functional leadership, and advanced BI tools while contributing to Zillow’s mission of helping people move with confidence.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., science, engineering, economics, mathematics, statistics) or equivalent practical experience
- • 5–10 years of experience in analytics, operations, consulting, FP&A, or a related field
- • Strong SQL skills and experience with BI and visualization tools such as Tableau or Periscope
- • Experience building models in Excel and creating executive-ready presentations and recommendations
- • Proven ability to independently lead cross-functional projects from problem definition through implementation
