- • Design, develop, and take ownership of enterprise Power BI reporting solutions that are essential for month-end close processes, executive-level reporting, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), and operational finance insights across the entirety of CenterWell.
- • Construct and meticulously manage complex Power BI semantic models, financial reporting datasets, and reusable reporting assets.
- • Ensure these assets are aligned with centralized Finance definitions and hierarchies, employing advanced SQL-based transformation logic to maintain data integrity and consistency.
- • Translate intricate Finance reporting and analytics requirements into scalable, high-performing BI models and dashboards.
- • Utilize your expertise in Power BI and advanced SQL to ensure solutions are not only functional but also performant, user-friendly, and consistent across all business units.
- • Seamlessly consume and model curated Finance datasets originating from our centralized Snowflake and Databricks data platforms.
- • Collaborate closely with data engineering teams to guarantee that data structures are reporting-ready and to foster a deep understanding of the cloud architecture.
- • Automate critical reporting workflows and distribution processes using tools like Power Automate and established BI orchestration patterns.
- • Support automated close reporting cycles, implement robust refresh monitoring, and establish effective notification processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- • Significantly reduce manual reporting steps and improve overall reliability through the implementation of automation and standardized reporting frameworks.
- • Develop governed self-service datasets and intuitive reporting templates that empower Finance and business users.
- • Enable users to easily access standardized, P&L-ready data through Power BI and Excel, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making.
- • Provide guidance to partners on effectively consuming curated data assets and applying standardized reporting logic to ensure consistent and accurate analysis.
- • Foster strong collaborative relationships with FP&A, Controllers, Accounting, and Finance leadership to deliver best-in-class reporting and analytics solutions.
- • Support the diverse needs of Home, Pharmacy, and PCO business units through your analytical expertise.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Analytics, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
- • 5+ years of progressive experience in Business Intelligence (BI) or analytics development.
- • Expert-level proficiency in Power BI, including semantic modeling, DAX, and financial reporting architecture.
- • Advanced SQL expertise for complex data transformation, data modeling, and performance optimization in reporting contexts.
- • Proven hands-on experience in building enterprise-level dashboards and comprehensive financial reporting solutions.
- • Experience working with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake and/or Databricks.
- • Demonstrated experience automating reporting workflows using Power Automate or similar workflow automation tools.
- • Solid understanding and practical experience with financial reporting and FP&A concepts.
- • Experience managing and transforming large, complex datasets within enterprise environments.
- • Strong ability to translate business requirements into scalable and effective BI solutions.
- • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with Finance and business stakeholders.
