- • Join Tenex.ai as a Senior Business Manager for EMEA to serve as the operational backbone of the region, acting as the connective tissue between field teams, global HQ, and cross-functional stakeholders while reporting directly to the SVP & GM, EMEA.
- • Own and manage the full operational rhythm of EMEA, including executive reporting cadences, Salesforce administration, live dashboard maintenance, GTM ROI tracking, and process ownership across four theatres and seven countries (UK, DACH, France, Italy, Spain, UAE, South Africa).
- • Act as the primary regional liaison for HR and Finance, supporting onboarding, contracts, performance management, T&E approvals, vendor POs, and monthly OpEx vs budget tracking while ensuring compliance with GDPR and partner agreements.
- • Drive operational efficiency by defining and enforcing standardized reporting, building real-time dashboards, tracking GTM spend against outcomes, and leveraging AI tools to automate workflows in a fast-growing, AI-native MDR startup backed by top-tier investors.
