- • As a Senior Business Marketing Specialist at AlixPartners, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing marketing strategies designed to elevate the Firm's brand presence and drive measurable pipeline growth for designated practice areas. This is a highly interactive position within the Corporate Services team, requiring you to act as a strategic marketing partner to practice leaders, translating their business objectives into sophisticated, globally scalable marketing initiatives.
- • Your success will be measured by your ability to increase market awareness, deepen client relationships, and directly contribute to business development outcomes through disciplined campaign strategy and meticulous execution. You will be instrumental in expanding the practice franchise by engaging target audiences, nurturing leads, and ensuring effective follow-up.
- • You will own and execute integrated marketing programs for your assigned practices, ensuring that campaign strategies are tightly aligned with pipeline growth objectives and overarching Firm priorities. This includes championing the Firm's corporate brand and marketing strategy within your sectors, promoting global thought-leadership themes, and ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
- • Collaborating closely with the Marketing Director, you will help set campaign strategies and design comprehensive, end-to-end integrated programs. This involves proactive outreach, audience engagement, and sophisticated lead nurturing processes.
- • A key responsibility will be the planning and execution of high-impact events, ranging from intimate dinners and webinars to larger roundtables and hospitality programs. This encompasses all associated tasks, including precise audience targeting, invitation coordination, venue booking, vendor liaison, and post-event follow-up, all aimed at ensuring seamless delivery and a demonstrable return on investment.
- • You will be responsible for managing campaign budgets within your assigned scope, diligently tracking performance metrics, and optimizing resource allocation to maximize the impact of marketing efforts.
- • The role involves managing the submission process for prestigious industry awards, including those from publications like Lexology, Global Investigations Review, Global Arbitration Review, Chambers, and others, thereby enhancing the Firm's external recognition.

- • Maintaining the practice's web presence is crucial; you will curate content for practice web pages, ensuring it remains current, relevant, and regularly refreshed to reflect the latest insights and offerings.
- • Managing list builds for various programs and coordinating post-program follow-up activities are essential for campaign success. You will be responsible for reporting on program outcomes and identifying key learnings.
- • A vital aspect of the role is partnering with sales enablement teams to ensure that marketing collateral, targeting lists, and engagement strategies are up-to-date, data-informed, and strategically aligned with business development goals.
- • You will collaborate with the Business Intelligence team to analyze market trends, competitor marketing strategies, and buyer behavior. These insights will be translated into actionable recommendations for the Firm's marketing campaign strategy, messaging, and targeting.
- • Liaising with regional marketing teams, marketing specialists, and subject matter experts across digital, content, events, and media relations is key to leveraging best practices and ensuring consistent, scalable marketing programs across all geographic markets.
- • You will provide project management support, including collecting and pursuing action points from meetings with business partners, ensuring project timelines are met, and that no critical tasks are overlooked.
- • You are encouraged to actively contribute to the continuous evolution of the Firm's marketing approach, bringing forward innovative ideas, valuable insights, and best practices that enhance overall marketing capabilities.
- • Additional responsibilities will be assigned as identified, as this description is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties and responsibilities.
