- • As a Senior Business Operations Manager in Tripadvisor's B2B Strategy & Operations and Supply Acquisition team, you will shape global priorities by identifying high-impact growth opportunities across markets and mobilizing cross-functional teams to execute them.
- • You will partner with leadership to define and operationalize the global strategic roadmap, including annual planning, OKRs, investment trade-offs, and performance targets, while leading large-scale initiatives from hypothesis to post-mortem analysis.
- • You will develop data-driven narratives, build scalable dashboards and forecasting models, and establish feedback loops that translate insights into action for product, go-to-market, and resource decisions.
- • You will proactively identify and size growth opportunities through market expansion, process redesign, automation, and AI-enabled tools, leading pilots to full rollout with measurable impact.

🎯 Requirements
- • 7-12 years of experience in business operations, strategy, analytics, consulting, or a similar highly analytical role in a global or high-growth environment.
- • Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional company-level initiatives from insight to execution with measurable business impact.
- • Exceptional analytical capability with strong proficiency in SQL, Tableau, or similar tools to build dashboards, forecasts, and performance diagnostics.
- • Demonstrated ability to translate ambiguous business questions into structured frameworks, clear analyses, and actionable recommendations.
- • Experience building executive-ready narratives that connect data, strategy, and operational realities for senior leadership.
- • Practical understanding of workflow automation, AI-driven tools, and their application to improve decision-making velocity and operational effectiveness.
