- • As the first dedicated GTM and G&A Recruiter in London, you will be instrumental in building and scaling Ironclad’s London office, defining EMEA talent acquisition strategy with significant influence and autonomy.
- • You will own full-cycle recruiting for GTM and G&A roles, including sourcing, screening, offer management, onboarding handover, and partnering with hiring managers on role profiles, compensation, and hiring timelines.
- • You will join Ironclad, the leading AI contracting platform trusted by organizations like Rivian, WHO, and the Associated Press, recognized as a leader in Forrester Wave, Gartner Magic Quadrant, Fortune Great Place to Work, and Fast Company’s Most Innovative Workplaces.
- • You will develop data-driven recruitment processes, leverage metrics and market trends, build talent mapping and engagement strategies, and serve as a strategic partner to business leaders while ensuring exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years full cycle in-house recruiting experience in B2B software as a service
- • Deep experience with GTM recruiting in the UK and recruiting knowledge across Europe including DACH and Benelux
- • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and engaging passive candidates
- • Demonstrated ability to deliver a high-touch, exceptional client and candidate experience
- • Strong business acumen with experience partnering and influencing senior hiring managers and executives
- • Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and market trends to inform strategies and adapt to changing business needs
