- • Serve as a strategic talent partner to senior leaders and hiring managers within Go-to-Market (GTM) and Business Development, shaping hiring plans aligned with company objectives and long-term workforce planning.
- • Own and drive full-cycle recruiting for complex, high-impact business roles across revenue, strategy, and operations functions, including executive and leadership-level positions.
- • Proactively source and engage top-tier, often passive, talent using creative and targeted outreach strategies across multiple channels including LinkedIn, professional networks, and industry events.
- • Lead calibrated screening and structured interview processes that maintain a high hiring bar, ensuring consistency, fairness, and rigor in candidate evaluation.
- • Provide consultative, data-driven updates to stakeholders by leveraging market insights, pipeline analytics, and talent trends to influence hiring decisions and timeline planning.
- • Deliver a high-touch, exceptional candidate experience from initial outreach through offer negotiation and onboarding, serving as a key brand ambassador for Harvey AI.
- • Drive continuous improvement of recruiting workflows, interview frameworks, and documentation to scale operations efficiently during rapid company growth.
- • Partner closely with People, Finance, and executive leadership to support headcount forecasting, workforce planning, and organizational design.
- • Identify talent gaps across business functions and build proactive, diverse pipelines for both immediate needs and future organizational scaling.
- • Operate with high autonomy in ambiguous, fast-paced environments, taking ownership of end-to-end hiring outcomes from requisition to closure.
- • Advocate for best-in-class talent practices by implementing scalable solutions that enhance quality of hire, reduce time-to-fill, and improve candidate engagement.
- • Maintain accurate records and metrics across the recruitment funnel, using data to inform strategy, optimize sourcing channels, and demonstrate recruiting impact.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment between talent acquisition goals and business priorities across revenue, strategy, and operations teams.
- • Stay current on labor market dynamics, competitive hiring practices, and evolving talent trends to advise leadership on strategic workforce decisions.
- • Contribute to shaping Harvey’s employer brand within the professional services and AI technology sectors by embodying company values in all candidate interactions.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including ownership of senior-level business roles in fast-paced, high-growth and ambiguous environments.
- • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate as a trusted advisor rather than a transactional recruiter.
- • Strong experience hiring for multiple business-side functions (e.g., GTM, G&A, operations), including strategic and leadership-level roles.
- • Proven track record of building and executing sourcing strategies that yield high-quality, diverse candidate pipelines.
- • Deep understanding of recruiting metrics, funnel analytics, and market insights, with the ability to translate data into action.
- • Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-oriented, with a continuous improvement mindset.
